- Summary: Samsung CLP 315W Color Laser Printer
- Comment: USB cable was not included in the package. So I went elsewhere to get them for
additional $20. I haven't tried them yet.

- Summary: Cheap laser printer = rip-off on consumables
- Comment: This would be a great printer, but the toner it refuses to print when it thinks the toner cartridge is low, which is about 900 pages of text on a cartridge rated for "about 1500 pages". That works out to about 9 cents per page, just for black, not counting the color cartridges or the imaging drum which is rated for not many pages and lists for more ($199) than the printer itself.
To add insult to injury, the printer refuses to print your documents when it thinks toner is low (about 2%), even though you can print out a perfect self-test with it. So if you need a document in a hurry and the printer firmware thinks its time to shake you down to buy more toner from Samsung, you're up the creek without a paddle. I suppose the same thing will happen when its time to replace the imaging drum.
It's too bad that this printer has been programmed to rip you off, because it'd be a great printer otherwise. The general cheesiness extends to the near total lack of documentation that comes with the printer.

- Summary: Great printer for the price
- Comment: This is a great printer for the money. Print quality is excellent, it was easy to set up to work on my network. No compatibility problems with Snow Leopard (latest Mac operating system). Paper tray is a little on the small side, but not a big issue.

- Summary: Excellent
- Comment: The item arrived in time and set up very easy once I followed the directions. The machine prints very well, it is quiet compared to an inkjet. The wireless feature functions perfectly with my Belkin wireless router. The only drawback of the printer was the odor at first. The first few prints when the drum heated up smelled a little bit but not horribly. It then went away. I have to say I am very impressed with the printer I wish I had known the capacities of a laser printer before. The Samsung CLP-315W Color Laser Printer was an excellent buy with shipping for $166.00 I am very pleased and will never buy an Inkjet again.

- Summary: Hard to Setup; Easy to Use; Ink Refills Frequent
- Comment: I had an opportunity to buy this wireless printer for my new wi-fi laptop at OfficeMax for - believe it or not - $99. The price has NEVER been this low since then. I'm not tech-savvy when it comes to setting up wi-fi, routers, etc. so I had to hire someone to come in for the initial setup. That job cost me almost as much as the priinter. The printer has no digital readout for wi-fi info and therefore had to be connected by cable to my router and setup through my desktop PC. Once it was working, I had no problems until recently when I got a warning light from the Magenta toner cart. I only use the printer for light duty printing from my laptop so I was quite surprised to see this happen. I've probably printed about a hundred pages in color on this printer; the color carts should last a lot longer than that! I've had no issues with jamming, feeding, or otherwise getting stuck trying to print a document. I keep this printer out of the way in the guest room so noise is not an issue. I wouldn't recommend this printer for full duty color printing, and so only gave it 3 stars.
