  • Comment: I have been using Norton antivirus for a few years now. It is an excellent antivirus
    ...BUT...I have switched to Norton 360 last year. It probably was my fault coz I did
    not notice,360 does not remove you from getting a bill from your old Norton hence last
    year, I paid money for a service that I did not use. This year, I again received 2
    additional bill from Regular Norton for about $100 and on top of that I received a
    renewal bill of $75 from the 360. It seems that if you automatically renew your
    subscription, they will charge you double the regular price and that Norton and Norton
    360 are not connected so that if you think that you just replaced your old Antivirus that
    you will not be billed again, you are wrong. Norton customer service from India was kind
    enough to extend my subscription to 3 years with the $75 dollars that they billed me plus
    the last years regular Norton bill. I still lost about $30+ on this but I guess this is
    better thatn nothing. Oh and they said that they will repay me back the other extra $100
    dollars that they billed me this year....

  • Comment: I purchased the previous edition last year, and was slightly dissapointed. I contemplated using a dfferent antivirus, but the reviews swayed me to go back to it. After having installed the new Norton 360 4.0, I realized that it had menus that are very useful, such as PC tune up. I find this feature much easier to use. The registry error clean up is another cool feature. You don't need to be a whiz to keep your compter running at it's optimum.

  • Comment: My computer is a lot slower than before, I got this product to see if it could fix the problem but instead it's giving me some troubles, my computer freezes out more often and I have to re-started over and over again, it didn't do that before Norton was installed.
